Mobile Medical Corporation came to Epic Web Studios in 2020, looking for a refreshed look and feel for their website to celebrate their 30th anniversary in business. Accessibility and user-friendliness were major drawbacks of their previous website, so it was imperative that Epic helped paint a clearer portrait of the company's myriad offerings and expand its reach beyond its regional footprints in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Epic Web Studios started by completely redesigning Mobile Medical's website. This improved the user experience by updating the navigation, optimizing specific website pages to be better found in organic search, and implementing fresh designs that appealed to users. After their site launched, Mobile Medical also utilized Epic's ongoing SEO services to continually optimize website industry and specialist pages and begin blogging.

Based on their positive experience with us, Mobile Medical would go on to launch Epic websites for two new divisions — Employer Health Services (2022) and Encore Safety Group (2023). 

Results

  • Mobile Medical's engagement rate in 2022 was at 53%, in 2024 it has increased to 56%, indicating improved user interaction. 
  • The average engagement time per session has improved significantly, increasing from 39.77 seconds in 2022 to 52 seconds in 2024. This is showing more users are engaged for a longer period of time, showing their level of interest has increased. 
  • Similarly, users seem to be more active and engaged during their visits, showing a 21% increase in events per session from 2022 to 2024. 
  • There has been a ranking position increase in many keywords such as, "third-party drug testing." In 2022 they were in position 34 for this term, now they are in position 1 and have been since August of 2023.
