As the CEO of Epic Web Studios, David Hunter has been a driving force behind the company's growth and innovation since its inception over 15 years ago. Under his leadership, Epic Web Studios has evolved from a two-person startup into a full-service web development, SEO, and digital marketing agency with a team of 15 full-time employees serving over 500 clients nationwide.

David's career began in Erie, Pennsylvania, where he completed his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Recognizing a need for forward-thinking digital services in the Great Lakes region, he teamed up with Shaun Rajewski to create Epic Web Studios. Their first project was a success that set the stage for the company's future. David's dedication to learning everything about search engine optimization played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional results for their clients.

In 2019, David expanded his impact on the digital landscape by acquiring full ownership of Local Falcon alongside Shaun. Seeing the challenges businesses faced with local search rankings, they transformed Local Falcon into an innovative AI-driven platform that visually maps search rankings across different geographic areas. This geo-grid technology has demystified local SEO, enabling businesses and agencies to understand and improve their online visibility effectively.

David's commitment to the community goes beyond his business endeavors. Partnering with the Erie Reader, he helped enhance their digital presence, supporting independent journalism in the face of declining local news outlets. This collaboration not only improved the newspaper's online platform but also underscored David's dedication to contributing positively to his community.

His contributions have been recognized with honors such as the inaugural "40 Under 40" award by the Erie Reader. Under his guidance, Epic Web Studios has consistently been voted the "Best of Erie" since 2013, reflecting both the community's trust and the company's excellence.

Outside the professional sphere, David enjoys time with his wife Jessica and their two children, Audrey and Leo. He skis in the winter and spends summer golfing, fishing, and enjoying bonfires and boating on the shores of Lake Erie. A passionate traveler, David and his family have explored five continents, embracing new cultures along the way. His personal interests keep him grounded, providing balance to his entrepreneurial endeavors.
